Our team at Yay Party takes attention to detail and care when we prepare and package your orders. We package and ship all our orders from Waterloo, Ontario.
Once we receive your orders, you will receive a confirmation email with your details, receipt and tracking information.
We strive to process/fulfil online orders within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated and if you have ordered a custom and bespoke item, which are made-to-order and may take longer to produce. Please see product details for shipping information.
At this time, we only ship within Canada and are unable to provide international shipping. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O.Box locations.
Our shipping prices and times vary and are based on the weight of your order, your delivery location and the shipping carrier you select at checkout. Delays by the shipping carrier are unfortunately out of our control. We are unable to guarantee exact shipping times. Please note that shipping times are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays.
We ship via Canada Post and offer the following options:
- Local Pickup at our Boutique- FREE
- Standard Shipping (2-7 business days). $15
- FREE Shipping on orders over $150
*Pickup hours are between Tuesday-Friday 11am-4pm. and Saturday 10am-2pm
If you need your order delivered on a specific date/time, contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # as the subject and we will do our best to provide you with a delivery window that meets your timeframe.
If your order has not arrived, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you. Sometimes, delays can occur due to inclement weather and/or peak holiday seasons. This may result in longer than usual delivery times.
